The veterinary team at All Paws Veterinary Hospital handles emergency situations in the Paris, TX community during our opening hours. For after-hours care, Dr. Gatlin will provide emergency pet care to current clients enrolled in a wellness plan. If you are a current client not enrolled in a wellness plan or a non-client, please see our emergency referral hospitals' contact information below.

Recognizing a Veterinary Emergency

Pets are experts at hiding illness and injuries, so recognizing an emergency situation is of paramount importance. If your pet exhibits any of the following, bring them to us immediately, or contact one of our referral hospitals for after-hours care:

  • Bleeding, wounds, or lacerations
  • Blunt-force trauma
  • Excessive vomiting or diarrhea
  • Blood in vomit, stool, or urine
  • Seizures
  • Signs of acute pain
  • Eye injury
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Suspected toxin ingestion (call the Pet Poison Helpline at 855-764-7661 for advice and guidance)
